​Senior Caretaker
37 hours per week, all year round
23-27 days annual leave (depending on service)

We are looking to appoint a full time person to join our well-established site team.  The role is varied and interesting.

 You will be assisting in many jobs throughout the school involving maintenance, health and safety and security.  Being a team player will be an essential part of the position but you will also need to be able at times to work alone. 

 Ideally we would like someone with a background in maintenance or a trade.  Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.

 Working hours will be 8 am  – 4 pm Monday to Thursday and 8 am – 3.30 pm Friday but some flexibility may be required at times.

 The successful candidate may also be responsible for site security every other week/weekend.  This comes with an additional payment.  You will also be part of the intruder alarm call-out.
